It has begun! The Vita COLITUR YouTube Channel has launched! Please give the first episode a watch and, if you are so inclined, like, comment and subscribe to the channel. I am so excited to finally get this going after last year’s major setback. I hope you enjoy it! The first episode is on Kindness, and a practice I do to quickly change my mood and enliven my life. It has helped me to establish a regular exercise habit, and to get Vita COLITUR finally out in to the world. I will be posting a combination of a longer (15-25 minute) videos and several shorter ones each month to get started. I appreciate your support!
